Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals and businesses
  • Deliver expert business consulting and family advisory services tailored to each client's needs
  • Conduct in-depth tax research and provide strategic tax planning to maximize clients' financial efficiency
  • Manage and review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and tax laws
  • Oversee bookkeeping tasks and coordinate accounting functions across multiple clients
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and create customized strategies
  • Mentor junior staff, promoting their growth through guidance and knowledge-sharing

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA designation or significant progress toward obtaining it
  • Extensive experience in tax preparation, financial statement review, and business consulting
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and estate planning strategies
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently or collaboratively
