Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecast sales performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the marine industry, with a focus on the US market.
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Proven understanding of the marine industry and area of service.
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementation skills.
- Ability to create realistic schedules and meet deadlines under stress and interruptions.
What We Offer
Vard Marine Inc. offers a competitive salary range of US $110,000 - $140,000, plus attractive bonus, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible work environment, health and wellness subsidy, and paid time off.
