Job Summary

DISH is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of strategic recruitment programs. As a Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives, you will oversee the design and execution of enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts in process improvement, immigration, and internal training programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement and satisfaction
  • Provide leadership to all projects, including project scope, planning, development, and rollout
  • Analyze recruitment processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and program effectiveness
Requirements
  • College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading HR or recruiting teams, or 5 years experience in a program management role
  • Prior leadership/management experience required
  • Experience working with ATS, CRM, and other like tools and platforms
