Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives to lead the development and implementation of our recruitment programs. This role will oversee process improvement, candidate experience, and internal programs, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment and HR functions, with experience in program management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of subject matter experts in areas such as process improvement, immigration, and TA internal training and recognition programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership to all projects, including project scope, planning, development, and rollout.
  • Analyze recruitment processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR or recruiting teams, or 5 years experience in a program management role.
  • Prior leadership/management experience required.
  • Experience working with an ATS, CRM, and other like tools and platforms.

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan. Compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
