Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Operation Associate to join our team at Patagonia. This role will be responsible for supporting material record creation, data management, and material library maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support material record creation in Andromeda for development trials once ready for lab testing.
  • Support Raw Material Creation in FlexPLM once a material is approved for adoption.
  • Collect and upload fabric profiles to the system once information is validated and approved by responsible material developers.
  • Maintain the material library by coordinating with material developers to create displays, updating library information, and uploading material pictures to PLM.
  • Support operational tasks such as collecting proto yardage status, updating reports, and arranging supplier meetings.
Requirements
  • Degree related to textiles or related work experience in material development.
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office: Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle priorities as needed.

At Patagonia, we offer a competitive salary range of $64,160-$96,240 USD Annual, with a hiring range of $65,000-$80,000 USD Annual. We also provide training for critical data management systems and a positive, inclusive work environment.
