At Microwave Products Group, we're seeking a skilled Electronics Test Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you'll be responsible for testing and validating our microwave products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tests involving RF, DC, vibration, thermal vacuum, and power to ensure our products meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and design personnel to develop and implement test procedures.
  • Set up and operate test stations, including Network Analyzers, Signal generators, power meters, DAQ units, and basic DMMs.
  • Travel to outside test facilities to conduct environmental testing and provide technical advice to engineers as needed.
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment, and maintain accurate records of testing and calibration.
  • Develop and write test procedures, and review them before approval.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent with good electrical and mechanical aptitude and comprehension.
  • Three to five years of operational experience in all phases of departmental responsibility.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to read documents and computer screens, move around an office building, and sit/stand for long periods of time.

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Salary Range: $28.00 - $38.00
