We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Resident to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a Registered Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 12 months of experience or less as a Registered Nurse.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
