We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RN Resident to join our team at Providence St Peter Hospital. As an RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in a comprehensive residency program designed to provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty.
- Work closely with experienced preceptors to develop your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
- upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated.
