Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and distribute patient information, billing information, and collection information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve any registration or billing issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with hospital policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of clerical or customer service experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and ability to perform accurately and efficiently.
  • Typing skills of 30 wpm.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Weekend and On-Call Requirements:

Weekend work may be required, but on-call duties are not applicable for this position.
