A leading healthcare organization in Tennessee is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer (WAN) to join their remote team at Tandym Group.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and direct projects and teams to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Provide technical solutions to complex business problems, leveraging expertise in network hardware and software.
  • Make recommendations within established guidelines and policies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Schedule resources as needed to provide services, including potential after-hours support.

Requirements:
  • 9-12 years of technical experience with server and network hardware/software.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with design and use of network hardware and software.
  • WAN Palo Alto Firewall/Panorama experience, including troubleshooting, rule creation, and optimization.
  • Experience with SASE deployment and support, or ZeroTrust architecture.
  • Proficiency in DDos, BGP, WAN, DNS, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Agile/Scrum familiarity, with experience working in sprints using user story/feature concepts.
  • Experience with Agent-Based Network Segmentation using Illumio, Application Dependency Mapping, or Guardicore.

Desired Skills:
  • Related certifications, such as CompTIA or Cisco.
  • Experience with Akamai and Netskope technologies.
