**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement landscape design concepts from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Prepare detailed design graphics, technical drawings, and presentation-quality graphics and illustrations.
  • Prepare take-offs and project bids, and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience as a Landscape Designer or Architect.
  • BS in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles, grading, and drainage concepts.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
