We are seeking a Senior Program Management Specialist to spearhead a groundbreaking technical initiative that offers cloud, network, security, and operational support services across various classification levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a new engineering initiative that facilitates cloud operations across domestic and international locations.
  • Manage contract execution by collaborating directly with team members delivering Tier 2 and 3 support to a worldwide customer base.
  • Initiate the transition of contracts and onboarding of critical personnel.
  • Engage in face-to-face client meetings and work in conjunction with other contracts.
  • Alongside the Service Lead, supervise all modifications to systems or networks.
  • Ensure the delivery of contract obligations, including Program Management Reviews (PMR), Business Management Reviews (BMR), and other status updates for clients.
  • Oversee staffing for the program(s) and provide necessary career development guidance.
  • Lead a team in devising solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • PMI Certified Program Management Professional (PMP).
  • A minimum of 10 years of program management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing engineering projects related to the design, development, maintenance, and testing of infrastructure for desktop application packaging and deployment technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and enterprise architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, information systems, telecommunications, or a related engineering field.
  • AWS Solution Architect Professional certification or equivalent.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent.

Compensation Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $250,400. This range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
