About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team as a National Sales Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Selling and closing new shippers while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Building a loyal customer base through exceptional service and support
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of non-asset based 3pl sales experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation and a driven attitude with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $125,000 - $155,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
