Senior Account Manager Role

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing nationwide sales accounts, developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets across various channels, including offline, direct sales, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned regions, driving performance toward both short- and long-term growth goals.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers within assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large-scale customers and strategic partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience working in sales or a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of managing high-performance sales teams and driving results.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
