  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Establish enduring relationships with business and agricultural clients by delivering in-depth financial analysis and advice on business operations.
    • Generate new business opportunities, underwrite, structure, and finalize commercial and/or agricultural loans.
    • Manage and support an existing loan portfolio.
  • Essential Competencies:
    • Robust financial analytical skills with the capability to provide sound business counsel.
    • Originate, evaluate, and manage a range of moderate to complex commercial and/or agricultural loans.
    • Proven success in the sales process and the ability to promote bank products and services.
    • Strong self-motivation, relationship-building skills, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
    • A minimum of five years of experience in Ag and/or Commercial lending is preferred.
