We are Everson Spice Company, a family-owned business in Southern California specializing in dry and liquid ingredient processing. We're seeking an Industrial Salesperson to manage our southern territory.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in industrial food sales, with a strong background in outside sales and demonstrated familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management. They must be able to travel frequently within their assigned geographic region and plan/strategize sales for that area.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining positive relationships with independent processors and restaurant groups, driving the sale of our products and services by educating customers on our capabilities and food safety standards, and implementing innovative sales initiatives to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and respectful manner. The successful candidate will also be open to feedback and professional growth opportunities.

Our company provides training and support to ensure complete understanding of our portfolio and how to effectively present and sell our products. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a fast-paced, independent work environment.
