About the Job

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist within the Corporate Transactions group at 5 Legal. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on executive compensation matters related to mergers & acquisitions.

With a strong background in securities law and deal experience, the ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and make valuable contributions to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in navigating complex regulatory environments
  • Develop and implement strategic executive pay solutions

Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 annually
