Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Consilio - ELS Direct Hire Division.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $75,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits administration, preferably in a law firm environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, assisting with annual open enrollment, and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.

You will also administer benefits orientation, provide HRIS reports, and maintain the ADP HRIS database.

Additionally, you will reconcile benefit invoices, maintain employee benefits files, and respond to inquiries regarding benefits.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills.
