Job Title: Customer Service Representative IJob Summary

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the entertainment industry. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure their satisfaction and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service for Scooterbug Reservations and VENU+ Arcades
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers on planning and booking reservations
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring timely responses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, striving to exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
  • 6 months to 1-year previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the call center entertainment industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Work Schedule

Night Shift Remote: 3:30pm - 12:00am, 2 days off during the week
