Job Overview

M. Coast is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Provide product knowledge and explain services and benefits to consumers
  • Manage customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules
  • Take initiative and demonstrate a "can-do" mindset in challenging situations
  • Lead a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge
  • Dedication to continuous learning and training
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication skills
