Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. As a Registered Nurse - Surgical Care, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care in a culturally competent manner, utilizing evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 1 year of circulating and/or scrubbing experience in an acute Operating Room setting
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Ability to take call and report within 30 minutes of call time
