Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Care Medical/Surgical Department at Miners' Colfax Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and monitor standard nursing care services to patients, ensuring their safety and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and monitor standard nursing care services to patients in the Acute Care Medical/Surgical Department.
  • Ensure adherence to Miners' Colfax Medical Center policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Monitor patients' responses to care and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico or eligibility for such licensure.
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a hospital setting.
