This includes providing leadership and guidance to event personnel, creating work schedules, and delegating assignments. You will also investigate and resolve event-related complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will analyze challenges, identify alternative solutions, and project consequences of proposed actions to implement recommendations in support of organizational objectives.
