Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree expected by August 2024 or earlier (required)
  • One year of customer service or related experience (preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement opportunities
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with profit and loss management
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks
  • Basic understanding of contract management and client relations
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and departmental policies
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid Driver's License (required for transportation roles)

About the Manager in Training Role:
As a Support Services Manager in Training (MIT), you will prepare for a potential leadership role within our support services team. This program includes hands-on training and participation in Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP), focusing on essential areas such as safety, quality control, and patient transport.

Accelerated Manager Program:
AMP is designed to identify and develop future leaders through personalized training and mentorship. This program can be completed in 12 weeks or more, depending on individual learning needs and goals.
