We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Marketing Associate to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for engaging in door-to-door canvassing to generate highly qualified leads and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Utilize Renewal by Andersen's mapping program and business applications to accurately track and record customer information and data.
  • Represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Canvassing Program Manager to improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program.
  • Stay up-to-date on Renewal by Andersen's products, services, and promotional offerings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age of 21 to be covered under company driving insurance policy.
  • Reliable transportation to navigate through assigned territories.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.
