Refinery Safety Manager Position

As a Safety Manager at Harder Mechanical Contractors, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and clients on a refinery construction project. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safe working practices.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction safety, preferably at a refinery.
- OSHA 30-hour certification and current OSHA 500 certification.
- Extensive knowledge of State/Local and OSHA laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
