Site Safety Operations Coordinator

QPS is a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled Construction Safety Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the implementation and maintenance of safety programs, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety at construction sites.
About the Job:
This position requires a strong understanding of construction safety practices, as well as excellent organizational and multitasking skills. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure the safe operation of our fleet vehicles and the maintenance of accurate records. Additionally, you will conduct site visits to observe and ensure adherence to safety practices, participate in toolbox talks, and assist in incident investigations.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in construction safety or a related field. Experience in fleet vehicle management and recordkeeping is required.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification required. Additional certifications (e.g., CHST, STSC, defensive driving) are a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and construction safety practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, particularly in fleet record management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $62,500 - $82,500 per year, depending on experience.
