Safety Manager Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Safety Manager to join our team at Direct Line Global. As a key member of our safety department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and identify trends. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety, preferably with electrical safety experience. OSHA 30 Construction certification is required.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

  • Develop and implement safety programs that meet company standards
  • Conduct job hazard analyses and risk assessments
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance
  • Evaluate effectiveness of safety programs through regular audits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience
  • 1-3 years of construction safety experience (electrical safety experience preferred)
  • OSHA 30 Construction certification
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
