The Standard Group, a leading provider of print management and marketing logistics services, is seeking a skilled Digital Print Operator to join our team in Lititz, PA. As a key member of our Print and Technology Center, you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital print products while meeting our company's and customer's expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate digital multi-color or one-color presses to produce a variety of print products.
- Perform regular and special maintenance on equipment to ensure maximum machine performance.
- Review and approve all proofs and final product samples before releasing them to internal or external customers.
- Set up and operate bindery machines to produce jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the POD Supervisor to identify and resolve any issues with digital equipment.
- Perform various other duties as assigned by the Digital Supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of digital printing processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and calculate weight measurements.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
