Job Overview

As a Front End Service Team Supervisor at Walmart, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Benefits and Perks

At Walmart, we offer a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $19 to $30 per hour, depending on your location and experience. You will also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums for working specific shifts or in certain facilities. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 401(k) and stock purchase plans. You will also receive paid time off, including parental leave, family care leave, and bereavement leave.

Additional Compensation

In addition to your hourly wage, you may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of premiums for working specific shifts or in certain facilities. These premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on the circumstances. You will also be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can be paid annually or quarterly.

This role is located at Walmart Supercenter #1728, 2321 Charles St, Anderson, IN 46013. As a Front End Service Team Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
