Role Overview

The Food Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the team responsible for the preparation and delivery of daily meals to our clients. This position ensures that all operations meet the highest standards of quality, sanitation, and safety.


Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a positive approach to problem-solving.


  • Preferred: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate degree in Food Service Management, Dietetics, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Required: Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in food service.
  • Ability to showcase continuous personal growth and development.
  • Knowledge of daily food service operations, including the technical skills necessary for equipment operation, food preparation, procurement, sanitation, and safety protocols, including HACCP.
  • Experience in providing education and training tailored to diverse populations within the Food Services Department.
