Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Equus Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to job seekers and career changers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to job seekers and career changers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist customers in navigating our services and resources, including job search assistance, career development, and employment services.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and workforce development.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college coursework or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Two years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of the workplace, jobs, and requirements for entry into those jobs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
