Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Beverage Operations Supervisor to become an integral part of our team. This position is crucial in managing and coordinating all beverage-related functions for our event services. The successful candidate will guarantee outstanding service, oversee inventory management, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate beverage service during events across all bar stations.
2. Manage inventory levels, procurement, and stock oversight.
3. Train, schedule, and lead the beverage service team.
4. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
5. Uphold exceptional quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Compensation

Salary - $60,000, plus performance-based bonuses (salary based on experience).

Work Schedule

Availability required on weekdays, weekends, holidays, with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, including day, evening, and night shifts.
