About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all guests.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories, including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and home decor.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
