Position: Customer Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist, focusing on delivering exceptional support to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering friendly and prompt service to clients
  • Managing order processing and quotations
  • Assisting in the fulfillment of orders
  • Conducting follow-ups on orders and quotes with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Supporting the sales department with customer inquiries and preparation for sales trips
  • Researching product information and sourcing
  • Communicating effectively and positively, both verbally and in writing
  • Handling the main telephone line and directing calls as necessary
  • Mailing, shipping, emailing, and faxing marketing materials and information
  • Updating customer records in internal systems
  • Enhancing product knowledge through ongoing training and education

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable attitude
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Experience in customer service (export experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the pool industry is advantageous
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with FACTS and Salesforce software is beneficial
  • Reliability and consistency in performance

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
