Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Expert: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Store Maintenance Specialist: Keep our store clean and well-stocked, including tasks such as cleaning restrooms and emptying trash bins.
  • Sales Floor Associate: Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, including tasks such as restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Cash Handling Professional: Efficiently manage the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy.
  • Safety Champion: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide support when needed.
  • Facility Maintenance Expert: Take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting store, including tasks such as window washing and cleaning the outside of the store.
  • Environmental Ambassador: Actively participate in keeping our outdoor space clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in certain states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
  • Personable and Positive: Friendly demeanor and ability to make people feel welcome.
  • Detail-Oriented: Notice the little things that make a big difference in a customer's experience.
  • Reliable and Responsible: Punctual, trustworthy, and take pride in your work.
