Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support and Consultation: Provide consultation on various human resources matters, including staffing, employee relations, training, and compliance.
  • Employee Relations and Investigations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and escalate to senior HR leaders as needed.
  • HR Policy and Guidance: Advise on all HR policy guidance and interpretation, including disciplinary matters and separations for cause.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs for the business, participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs, and ensure training objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a comparable combination of education and human resources-related experience. 3-7 years of previous human resources experience solving complex human resources matters.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, staffing, performance management, and succession planning. High level of computer skills with proficiency in MS Suite of products. Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
