Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to join our team at American Income Life AO - Joshua Berduo. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain clients, resulting in increased revenue and growth for the organization.
  • Financial Planning and Advice: Provide expert financial planning and advice to clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and protect their assets.
  • Virtual Sales and Marketing: Utilize virtual communication tools to collaborate with team members and serve clients across different time zones, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Development: Learn from and be mentored by our executive leadership team, gaining invaluable insights and guidance to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
