Job Summary: We are seeking a board-certified Medical Physicist to join our team as an Associate or full Professor faculty position in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide didactic teaching and training for medical residents and staff
  • Engage in clinical research and development initiatives
  • Expertise in machine calibration and equipment quality assurance (accelerators, CT simulators, and HDR units)
  • Experience in special procedures (SRS, TBI, TSET, eye plaque treatment, IGRT, SBRT, HDR brachytherapy and treatment planning)

About the Department: The Department of Radiation Oncology consists of 8 Medical Physicists who provide service in various USC hospitals and community-based clinics.

Requirements: Ph.D. in Medical Physics and board certification in Medical Physics.
