Role Summary
The Director of Student Recruitment will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at attracting prospective students and their families. This position will collaborate closely with the Enrollment, Marketing, and School Operations teams to ensure schools achieve full enrollment, enabling students to shape their futures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the school's mission and enrollment objectives.
  • Event Coordination: Organize recruitment events such as school fairs, open houses, and community outreach programs.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, organizations, and educational partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Field Support: Ensure the recruitment team is equipped with necessary materials and resources for effective outreach.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team that fosters an inclusive culture, maximizing each member's strengths and capabilities.

Data Management:
Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and prepare reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven project management abilities, with a focus on detail and timely delivery.
  • Experience in enrollment management or admissions leadership, particularly in public charter schools.

Work Environment
This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary, with the possibility of travel to various locations.
