Job Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to support the ongoing operations, both operationally and financially, while nurturing relationships with current clients and exploring opportunities for new business development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute all fundamental cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain restrooms by restocking supplies, emptying waste bins, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, and ensuring floors are swept and mopped.
  • Manage furniture movement, vacuuming, and trash disposal, including replacing liners.
  • Inspect all waste containers before disposal.
  • Perform various cleaning duties such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and glass spot cleaning.
  • Address additional responsibilities as needed, including managing spills and cleaning up flooded areas.
  • Restock cleaning carts and supply closets at the conclusion of each shift.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned work hours.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb, and reach as necessary.
  • Capability to lift and maneuver containers filled with water, cleaning solutions, and disinfectants.
  • Proficiency in using janitorial equipment, including wet mops.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Engagement in activities such as standing, walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling.

Compensation:
