Job Summary:
The primary responsibility is to maintain existing operational standards while fostering relationships with current clients and exploring opportunities for new business development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks across various facilities.
  • Maintain restrooms by restocking supplies, emptying waste bins, sanitizing fixtures, and ensuring cleanliness of all surfaces.
  • Manage furniture arrangements, including vacuuming and trash disposal.
  • Inspect waste containers before disposal.
  • Perform general cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Address urgent cleaning needs, including spills and flooding, as they arise.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned work hours.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb, and reach as necessary.
  • Capable of lifting and transporting cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Must be able to operate janitorial tools and equipment effectively.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Engagement in standing, walking, sitting, and kneeling activities.
