Position Summary:

The Vending Machine Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in the distribution and management of products within vending machines, bolt bins, and safety cabinets. This position requires the use of handheld scanning devices and computer systems, along with making deliveries using a company vehicle. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the specialist will focus on optimizing inventory management and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily product selections for scheduled vending deliveries.
  • Oversee inventory levels and guarantee appropriate distribution across vending machines.
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients and customers.
  • Communicate new product offerings and address any service-related concerns.
  • Manage product ordering through various communication methods.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and external sales teams.
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of communications.
  • Assist in educating customers on the operation of vending machines.
  • Enhance processes for automatic restocking, consumption tracking, and invoicing.
  • Deliver products and replenish vending machines and bins as necessary.
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
  • Perform warehouse duties as required.
  • Process daily orders and complete other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
