Job Summary:

This Production Control Specialist role is responsible for monitoring and controlling the production process to ensure efficient and effective inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control systems and principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor ASNs and parts local components shortage/recovery
Address Receiving needs list / EDI Supplier Issues
Monitor Finished Good Status / Truck to Truck
Address component part high scrap / fall-out
Monitor bank build status
Abnormal management monitoring
Customer miss shipment reporting
Missed shipment log entry
Forecast review/check
Weekend Component Check
Issue LSCAR
Close LSCAR
Update/monitor LMSS/PV tasks
Ramp up/ramp down planning for forecast
ST orders/ATC-A orders
Enter supplier hot parts
Customer survey completion
Supplier Pipeline Simulations
QCS/Trial Orders
Customer Expedite Setup
Ramp up/down status report to cross functional groups
Ramp up/Ramp down inventory reporting

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
A Bachelors degree or 5 years related work experience is required

Work Environment:

This role will be performed in an office and manufacturing environment, requiring strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
