Role Overview:
The HR Strategic Partner (HRSP) collaborates closely with both employees and management to guide and facilitate essential Human Resources functions and challenges. This role often involves managing sensitive information, assisting in complex situations, driving change, coaching leaders throughout the organization, and advocating for employees. The HRSP evaluates and anticipates HR-related requirements, working in tandem with the HR team and management to create cohesive solutions. The HRSP maintains a strong understanding of business operations to effectively support leaders in critical discussions and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the organization in navigating various HR functions, including recruitment, leave management, compensation, benefits, and other employee lifecycle elements.
  • Lead the communication and implementation of HR initiatives by collaborating with business leaders to enhance performance management, change management, employee development, and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee the resolution of employee relations issues to ensure fair and consistent outcomes aligned with company values.
  • Collaborate with specialized HR teams (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning and Development, etc.) to deliver solutions for daily operational needs. Assist with HR initiatives such as open enrollment, wellness programs, organizational changes, and technology adoption.
  • Work with leaders to develop their teams, including implementing employee assessment and development plans.
  • Engage with HR colleagues and business units on various projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM).

Required: English.

Experience:
Required:
  • 6-8 years in progressive HR roles.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, employee relations, leave management, and workplace safety.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation abilities.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, and change management best practices.
  • Project management experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
