Key Responsibilities
- Foster and sustain robust client relationships, emphasizing the development of new business connections that lead to increased service fees and deposits.
- Evaluate client needs and propose suitable engagement strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through the development of new business pipelines, active client outreach, portfolio enhancement, and pricing strategies.
- Establish strong collaborative relationships with key business partners to enhance client penetration and elevate the organization’s share of treasury services.
- Offer consultative support to clients and internal partners regarding the utilization and sales of Treasury Services products.
- Deliver relevant training to clients concerning new product implementation and onboarding for new relationships.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of banking products and internal systems.
- Provide insights on market trends, product deficiencies, and competitive dynamics.
- Build collaborative relationships with product, operations, and client service teams to ensure improved client experiences.
This position reports directly to the Manager of Treasury Management Services.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial services sales, particularly in Treasury Services or Cash Management.
- CTP certification is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of Treasury Services and Cash Management products.
- Proven ability to effectively sell financial services.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently.
- Team-oriented individual capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, and certifications.
