Key Responsibilities- Technology Skills Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive Technology Skills Strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead a team of Learning Partners who work closely with HR business partners and Technology leaders to provide learning solutions and programs.
