Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Operator to join our team at Lauridsen Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and applying daily wastewater streams in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor wastewater flows to the city and plant, adhering to established company procedures and state/federal regulations.
  • Maintain and operate all equipment and machinery associated with handling wastewater, including irrigation reels, tractors, irrigation lines, meters, mowers, pumps, electric motors, etc.
  • Work with tenant of the grounds to ensure good farm stewardship.
  • Operate company vehicle, lifts, industrial trucks, and equipment as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. certification required.
  • Wastewater Industrial Operator license for the state of Georgia required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in wastewater required.
  • Experience with equipment maintenance is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Working Conditions

The working conditions for this job vary, with a portion of the job duties occurring in an indoor environment and mostly outside work with varying seasonal temperatures.

The working conditions include but are not limited to exposure to chemicals, moving machinery and equipment, extended work hours, and high noise levels.
