Marketing Assistant Role at Hiro Solutions

Main Goal

Our primary objective is to expand our clients' footprint by connecting them with consumers they may not typically engage with through targeted marketing and acquisition solutions.

How We Achieve It

Our Marketing Assistants play a crucial role in this process. They establish relationships with local community members, build trust, and promote industry-leading products and services that positively impact consumers' lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee a designated territory assigned by the Account Marketing Director, conducting market research, creating a territory profile, and executing field marketing strategies to drive awareness, outreach, and exposure for our client.
  2. Collaborate with the Account Marketing Director and fellow leaders within the Marketing Team to set and execute outreach targets, monitor results, and evaluate performance.
  3. Develop and cultivate a reliable relationship with the client, understanding their marketing goals and objectives, clearly communicating planned initiatives, and providing weekly and monthly updates on progress.
  4. Execute day-to-day field operations to support defined marketing and outreach metrics.
  5. Take action and conduct training, coaching, and mentoring activities with newer representatives in the department.
  6. Ensure that all field marketing strategies uphold our client's guidelines and standards of their brand and represent them positively with the highest level of integrity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management (or 3+ years of direct experience in the field).
  • At least one year of experience in a client or customer-facing position.
  • Experience in promotions, sales, or as a brand ambassador is a bonus.
  • Prior team management or mentorship skills are highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, and inspire all personality types and audiences.
  • Perseverant, goal-oriented, and possess high-quality standards for personal and team performance.
  • Passion and belief in our mission and core values.
  • Proficiency in communications and software platforms like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Skype, and internal software programs upon completing initial training.
