Position Summary:
We are seeking an International Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our supply chain operations across global markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our logistics processes are efficient and effective, supporting our growth in over 100 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the operations of third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses internationally, focusing on inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment efficiency.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with international logistics providers and warehouse suppliers.
  • Support the development of logistics strategies that align with our global market objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers.
  • Identify and address risks associated with international supply chain activities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to enhance supply chain processes as we expand into new markets.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and sourcing 3PL warehouse operations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on international operations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in handling complex data sets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Knowledge of HTS codes and customs compliance.
